I had a fantastic stay at Watermark in Oneroa. The location was perfect, very close to town and yet tranquil and quiet. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Jo, our host, was excellent in terms of communication and hospitality. The unit had a partial ocean view, which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend Watermark and would definitely stay there again.

Location: Just a short stroll from Oneroa Beach and Village, this hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the shops, cafes, wine bars, restaurants. Kitchenette: Each heated, adults-only guest room comes with a kitchenette, complete with a toaster, microwave, and fridge. Views: The large sliding windows in the apartments open out onto sunny north facing terraces, offering beautiful views of the bay. Amenities: The accommodation features amenities such as a DVD player, iPod dock, and flat-screen TV. Privacy: You'll have the entire apartment to yourself, sharing it only with other guests in your party.

Limited Cooking Facilities.

This place is amazing! The location up a fairly steep hill gives you breathtaking views of the water. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room amenities like the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities made me feel right at home. I also loved the sitting area and terrace, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a meal outside. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great perk, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Located in a beautiful spot with easy access to beaches and restaurants. The staff was really helpful and gave us great tips on activities nearby. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the comfortable bed and the modern bathroom with amenities provided.

The parking situation was cramped, and we had trouble finding a space for our larger car. Also, the rooms were quite small and lacked enough space for our luggage. Despite that, overall, our New Year experience was enjoyable and hassle-free.

Spent an amazing Christmas somewhere fabulous on Waiheke Island. Enjoyed the beach, beautiful views, and the range of high-quality amenities. Loved the spacious bathroom and the cozy living room with the small kitchenette, great pluses. The incredible key location, close to the beach and town, made our stay super convenient. We also loved the cable channels and the DVDs available for a comfy night in.

We booked late, and ended up not getting the best view from our room. Although we had partial views, other rooms seemed to have an excellent view of the sea, which is a downside.

The value for money at this small, lovely property was great! The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a couple. The location was beautiful, with great views and close to the town and beaches. The staff, especially the owner, were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even provided a bottle of wine and chocolate as a nice surprise.

Food for breakfast could be improved with a slightly bigger selection of items.

We had a great stay with wonderful views over the bay. The staff was friendly and provided useful information about the area, including local restaurants and the nearby Little Oneroa beach. Cleanliness was a priority and the hotel facilities were well-maintained, including the lovely bathroom in our spacious room. We had a car and found parking easy, despite the hotel being on a hill. Location-wise, this hotel was perfectly situated close to restaurants, cafes, and shops.

All was good.

This accommodation is situated in a stunning location that provides incredible views over two sides of the island. You can easily walk to the coffee shops and many of the top-rated restaurants on the island. The large clean modern room is fitted with all the mod cons and a fully appointed bathroom. The host genuinely cares about making your stay as comfortable as possible, as evidenced by the free DVD, books, and games library available for guests.

Although the hotel is in a prime location, the steep climb up the hill to the accommodation might be difficult for some guests.

We had an amazing Christmas getaway at this place! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with amazing views. The bed was super comfy and the place was spotlessly clean. We loved the little extra touches like the iPod dock and fluffy towels. The owner was really helpful, giving us advice on places to eat and things to do. The location was perfect, just a short walk to town and close to public transportation. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature.

The couch could have been a bit bigger for better movie watching comfort. It was a minor inconvenience, especially since my partner is quite tall.
